Job Description

COCONEST ECO VILLAGE POLLACHI seeks a Food and Beverage Supervisor to manage daily restaurant and hotel dining operations. You will lead and develop servers, bartenders and kitchen staff, recruit, schedule and resolve conflicts, ensure exceptional guest engagement and swift complaint resolution, oversee opening/closing procedures, inventory and cost control, inspect food and beverage quality and presentation, enforce health, safety and licensing compliance, and coordinate timely communication between kitchen and service to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Job Type: Permanent. Pay: ₹15,00–₹22,00 per month. Work Location: In person.
