Job Description
Join our team at Cloudvista Services as a Customer Service Associate in the Domestic BPO sector. We are currently hiring for a B-B E-commerce Process and require immediate joiners.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Address customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Proactively learn about our products.
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain service quality.
- Knowledge of Excel and Word is essential.
Location: Salt Lake Sec-V (Webel More)
Work Schedule: Morning shift options available.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year preferred, freshers are welcome. Age 18-30.
Pay: ₹11,00.00 – ₹13,00.00 per month with additional benefits.
