Job Description
Cloudvista Services is seeking a proactive Customer Care Executive for our B-B E-commerce process. The ideal candidate will understand standard operation procedures and deliver services with quality. You will assess customer issues and ensure their needs are satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
Location: Salt Lake Sec-V (Webel More)
Day Shift: 9 AM to 8 PM
Experience: Minimum 1 year in BPO required.
Salary: ₹13,00.00 – ₹16,00.00 per month.
Benefits: Health Insurance and Provident Fund.
