Job Description
We are hiring for the B-to-B E-commerce Process at Cloudvista Services. This is a Domestic BPO role requiring you to handle both inbound and outbound calls. Join us in providing exceptional Customer Service without any sales targets.
Location: Salt Lake sec-V (Webel More)
Shift Timing: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, or 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Key Requirements: Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, English, and Bengali. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with Excel and Word is essential.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
