Job Description
Join our team as a Reservation Executive for a Client of SureEvents. You will handle reservation and booking management using PMS/ERP systems (TouchQ or similar), manage inventory and rates, coordinate guest communication and pre-arrival details, and process confirmations, cancellations and modifications. Required skills: reservation handling, PMS/ERP, guest communication, inventory & rate management, MS Office (Excel) and strong attention to detail. Full-time, permanent role; salary ₹18,00–₹30,00 per month. Benefits include food provided, health insurance, paid time off and Provident Fund. Work on-site. Note: No placement fees — candidates are never required to pay during recruitment.
Requirements
