Job Description

Client: Client of SS — Manufacturing sector. Full-time, permanent role based in Puliakulam, Coimbatore. Manage executive schedules, travel and accommodations, meetings, documents and confidential correspondence; coordinate projects, follow-ups and board agendas; maintain filing systems and smooth office operations. Requires 5–10 years secretarial/EA experience (5 years in engineering preferred), Bachelor’s preferred, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication, presentation, email and letter drafting skills, calendar and expense management, attention to detail and professional demeanor. Willingness to travel 25%. Salary ₹30,00–₹50,00/month. Benefits: leave encashment and provident fund. Candidates able to commute or relocate are preferred.
