Job Description
Click Hotels is seeking an experienced and service-oriented F&B Service Captain to lead our restaurant/service team. The ideal candidate will manage daily service operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2–4 years in F&B service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette.
