Job Description
Join our team as a Tender Executive, where you’ll be responsible for greeting guests, managing mail and packages, and handling phone calls. You’ll also coordinate meetings and office activities, and perform e-procurement tasks on the GEM portal.
Key responsibilities include filing, typing emails and letters, and taking dictation in English. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and good typing speed are essential. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is required.
This full-time position offers a monthly salary of ₹15,00.00 – ₹17,00.00, along with benefits such as a Provident Fund, overtime pay, and a yearly bonus.
