Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and engaging Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts at ClearTax. This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process while closely collaborating with our HR team.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Source and screen potential candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates.
- Update the recruitment database.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Support onboarding for new hires.
- Engage professionally with candidates and team members.
Job Type: Internship (6 months)
Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (In-person)
