Job Description
Work Type: Work From Office
Working Days: Monday to Friday & 1st Saturday of Every Month.
Work Timings: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Office-based / New Town – EcoSpace.
Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 Years (International Calling Mandatory)
We are hiring experienced International Telecallers for an Australian Solar & Battery Systems campaign. This role involves outbound calls to Australian homeowners, educating them on solar panels, battery systems, and government rebates, and booking qualified appointments.
This is a performance-driven role suited for candidates who are confident, fluent in English, and experienced in international BPO or outbound sales calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to Australian residential customers
- Explain solar panels & battery solutions clearly and confidently
- Qualify customers and book appointments for consultations
- Handle objections professionally and close appointments
- Maintain call logs and basic CRM updates
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Mandatory Requirements (Strict)
- 1–2+ years of International BPO / Calling experience
- Excellent spoken English with good clarity and confidence
- Experience in Solar / Energy / Utilities / Appointment Setting preferred
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
- MUST HAVE OWN LAPTOP (Windows 11)
- MUST BE Available to Joining from 2nd Feb 2026.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹50,00 – ₹75,00 per month
- Attractive Incentives (performance-based, uncapped) upto Rs. 25,00
- Stable Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
