Clariant is seeking a Global Process Expert (GPE) to assist the Global Process Owner (GPO) in driving efficient, standardized, and continuously improving end-to-end business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Drive global process design and implementation.
- Ensure process consistency and harmonization.
- Define and monitor operational Key Performance Indicators.
- Analyze process performance and report KPIs to leadership.
- Identify optimization opportunities through regular process huddles.
