Job Description
Clariant is seeking a result-driven and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to support problem-solving and project execution in Airoli, Maharashtra, India. This role requires strong business orientation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and finalizing commercial contracts, managing the execution of Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and ensuring compliance with legal standards. You will also provide advice to Business Units, collaborate with external counsel, track regulatory updates, and develop risk mitigation strategies for projects.
