Job Description
City Lift India Ltd. is seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle numerous inbound calls, provide effective solutions, and resolve customer issues related to lifts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing information and addressing complaints regarding lift services.
- Routing calls to appropriate team members as necessary.
- Completing call logs and detailed reports.
- Preparing daily Management Information Systems (MIS) and responding to emails.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
Benefits include health insurance and provident fund.
Work Location: In person.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
