Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Tandoor Commi II to join our kitchen at Citrus Resorts Chennai Pvt Ltd, a brand of Sabari. In this role, you will:
- Prepare and marinate meats, seafood, and vegetables for cooking in the tandoor oven.
- Operate and maintain the tandoor oven, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Cook traditional Indian dishes using the tandoor oven.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures for optimal results.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary between ₹14,00.00 – ₹17,00.00 per month. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and paid time off.
Requirements
