Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Canteen Master with 2 to 5 years of experience in South and North Indian cuisine. The position is based in Nava India, Coimbatore. Candidates should hold any degree and be committed to preparing hygienic and delicious meals while overseeing kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily South Indian and North Indian meals.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Supervise kitchen staff and assign daily tasks.
- Manage inventory and procure ingredients.
- Maintain meal quality and safety standards.
