CIMBS is seeking a dedicated Hospital Operations Administrator to oversee various departments including Front Desk, Nursing, Housekeeping, Security, and Kitchen.
The candidate will manage HR functions, prepare daily duty rosters, ensure compliance, and handle crisis management as needed.
Key responsibilities include increasing operational efficiency and fostering a positive work environment.
Applicants should have 5 to 6 years of hospital administration experience, knowledge of hospital operations, and proficiency in hospital management software. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
