Job Description

Lead floor service: greet and seat guests, manage sections, supervise wait staff, coordinate with kitchen/bar, handle complaints, enforce SOPs and hygiene, and drive upselling. Requires 2–3 years in premium dining or experience in 5‑star hotels, strong leadership and communication; Indian cuisine knowledge a plus. Full-time, permanent, onsite. Salary ₹15,00–₹20,00/month. Benefits: meals, health insurance, paid sick leave, paid time off, Provident Fund.
