Chris Johnson Business IT Solutions is seeking a proactive CCTV Monitoring Operator to utilize CCTV equipment effectively, assisting the MIS executive in reporting customer flow.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Good visual monitoring skills are essential.
- Ensure accurate and timely logs, reports, and records.
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and MS Teams.
- Operate the CCTV system per standard procedures.
- Report issues immediately following CCTV SOP.
- Actively monitor workflows related to CCTV operations.
- Observe customer interactions and communicate issues.
