Job Description
Job Summary:
Join our CRM team in Thrissur as a proactive Chat Process Executive. You will manage real-time customer interactions through chat, providing immediate support and ensuring high satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat with accurate responses.
- Update customer information in the CRM system.
- Provide product/service details to inquiries.
- Follow up on leads from the website and social media.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions.
- Aim for targets related to response time and satisfaction.
- Assist in improving chat scripts.
