Job Description
Chanlong Manufacturing Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Associate (CSA) to serve as a liaison between our company and valued customers. The CSA will ensure our clients achieve maximum value from our products and services, fostering retention and loyalty.
Key responsibilities include onboarding new customers, providing ongoing support and product guidance, monitoring account health, and responding to inquiries.

Pay: ₹466,307.43 – ₹1,827,987.46 per year
