Job Description
Chandrani Enterprises Pvt Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Company Secretary to join our team. As the Manager Company Secretary & Compliance, you will handle meeting agendas, ROC filings, statutory records, and legal advice.
Job Requirements:
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with membership number.
- Minimum 6 years in a Company Secretary or compliance role.
- Strong corporate governance knowledge and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: ₹35,00 – ₹60,00/month
Benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund. Work is in-person with a day shift.
