Job Description

Job Description:
- Conduct Due Diligence in Agricultural Lands in Maharashtra.
- Marathi Language is Mandatory.
- Full working knowledge of Department and Farm Lands is essential.
- Drafting of Title documents.
- Perform IGR Search, CERSAI Search, 7/12, Ferfar, and Document Vetting.
Only experienced candidates from Mumbai are encouraged to apply. This position is for a long-term, full-time offline commitment at our Santacruz W office (Minimum 12 months).
