Job Description

Full-time corporate lawyer role at Chambers of Prakkash Rohira in Bandra West, Mumbai. Minimum 12-month in-office commitment. Responsibilities: draft and negotiate corporate/commercial contracts (MOUs, term sheets, SPAs, SHAs) and real estate documents (sale deeds, leave & license, conveyance, development agreements). CS exposure advantageous. Mumbai residents only; able to commute to our Bandra W office. 2+ years’ relevant experience preferred. This is not an internship, part-time, or remote role.
