Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Chakolas Pavilion Hotel & Convention Center. In this role, you will train housekeepers, oversee daily operations, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
- Train and oversee housekeeping staff.
- Maintain cleanliness in rooms and common areas.
- Schedule shifts and handle staff replacements.
- Monitor stock of cleaning supplies.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Proficient in using industrial cleaning equipment.
- Strong organizational skills.
