Job Description
Open Position: US IT Recruiter (Day 1 onsite) — Begumpet, Hyderabad. Full-time, 6:30pm–3:30am. 3–6 years US IT recruitment experience with minimum 2 years supporting state government clients. Proven experience with MSP/VMS (Beeline, Fieldglass, PeopleFluent), public sector portals, and employment types (C2C, W2, 1099). Responsibilities: manage end-to-end recruitment for state/local government projects; source via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster and internal databases; submit candidates through VMS; handle rate negotiations, compliance documentation, ATS tracking and weekly metrics; build pipelines for PMs, BAs, Developers, QA, Data Engineers and ERP experts. Strong communication, sourcing, negotiation skills and ability to meet tight deadlines required.
