Job Description
Centre Point Soft Tech Pvt Ltd is hiring a Tamil Telemarket Assistant. Responsibilities include cold-calling using provided directories, answering inbound calls, using scripts to explain product features, prices and benefits, asking questions to assess customer needs, persuading customers, accurately recording personal information in the system, handling complaints to protect the company’s reputation, keeping call and sales records, and going the extra mile to meet sales quotas and encourage future sales. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher. Pay: ₹9,088.09–₹27,349.13 per month. Benefits: health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, Provident Fund. Work Location: In person.
