Job Description
Department: Patient Support Services
Reporting Manager: Centre Manager
Key Role: Assisting Patients with various needs within our healthcare facility.
Qualifications: Secondary / Senior Secondary / Graduate
Skills: Experience in Healthcare / Hospital / Hotel Industry, excellent communication, and computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- Cary files to designated areas.
- Assist patients with dilation procedures.
- Ensure proper communication regarding patient feedback.
- Maintain equipment breakdown records and ensure cleanliness.
- Support handicapped or wheelchair-bound patients.
- Complete daily OPD room checklists.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹200,00.00 – ₹2,160,00.00 per year
Benefits: Provident Fund
Schedule: Day shift, work in-person at Centre For Sight.
