Job Description
The Centre for Child and Adolescent Well Being is seeking a dedicated Patient Communication Specialist.
Key responsibilities include managing a high volume of inbound and outbound patient calls, scheduling appointments using MS Excel, and handling written correspondence on behalf of Dr. Deepak. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with experience in call centers or similar environments.
A post-graduate degree in HR, Communications, or related fields is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of work experience. This full-time position offers a salary of ₹30,00.00 to ₹35,00.00 per month, requiring candidates to handle 50+ calls per day.
