Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow CMDB Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure data integrity.
Your responsibilities will include supporting CMDB processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate configuration item (CI) data, and participating in audits to maintain compliance.
The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and experience with ServiceNow CMDB. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
