Job Description
CEE PEE SUZUKI is seeking a dedicated Warranty In-charge to manage and oversee our warranty process. The successful candidate will handle warranty claims, ensure compliance, and enhance warranty performance. You will be the primary contact for warranty inquiries from customers and internal teams.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warranty claims and compliance
- Educate on warranty policies
- Resolve warranty issues collaboratively
