Job Description
Join Catalyst Education as an Academic Telecalling Expert! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to make outbound calls to prospective students and parents. Your key responsibilities will include converting leads into course registrations, providing detailed course information, and addressing any queries.
As an ideal candidate, you should possess strong communication skills in Malayalam and English, alongside basic computer proficiency. We welcome freshers, but experience in education sales is a plus.
