Job Description
Casino Air Caterers and Flight Services is seeking a dedicated Commi I for our Cold Kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing cold food items such as salads, sushi, cold cuts, and dressings. Your role also includes daily requisition preparations, maintaining freshness and quality standards according to HACCP guidelines, and assisting the Executive Chef with kitchen cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹23,00.00 – ₹26,500.53 per month
Benefits include food provision, health insurance, and a provident fund. Schedule involves rotational shifts. Experience of 3 years and availability for night shifts are required.
