Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Duty Officer to join our team at Carnival Group. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring wastage control, yield testing, and FIFO maintenance.
- Adhering to grooming checklists of SOPs.
- Enhancing suggestive sales and increasing SPH.
- Interacting with guests and handling queries.
- Maintaining checklists for equipment, marketing products, and security.
- Providing training on job knowledge to the team.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hotel management, minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: ₹18,00 – ₹20,00 per month. Benefits: health insurance, provident fund. Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, and Rotational.
