Job Description
Job Purpose and Impact:
The Key Account Assistant II will assist staff in face-to-face and remote selling to both new and existing customers, engaging with various sales channels. In this position, you will assess customer needs and recommend suitable products, services, and solutions with guidance.
Key Accountabilities:
Travel through the assigned area to engage accounts, check stock and inventory, process product orders, maintain accurate product inventory, review item exposure, cultivate relationships with store management, and address clerical or customer support issues.
