Job Description
CarfeNest seeks a Salon Working Partner in Thrissur to co-invest and co-manage our premium salon. You must understand salon services and daily operations, manage staff and client experience, and act proactively with a business mindset. Responsibilities include operational involvement, staff supervision, customer relations, and contributing financially to growth. This is a permanent, in-person role offering partnership in a fast-growing salon, attractive profit-sharing (₹30,00–₹35,00/month), operational support, expansion scope, paid time off, and a long-term business opportunity.
