Job Description
Career Strategy Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for drawing blood samples from patients, ensuring proper labeling and handling of specimens, and maintaining a safe and clean environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipunctures and skin punctures.
- Verify patient identification and label specimens accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment.
- Record patient information accurately.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Phlebotomy (CPT).
- Excellent communication skills.
