Job Description
Join Career Comfort as a Customer Service Representative in Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (on-site). Night shift aligned with U.S. time; Monday–Friday with fixed weekends off. Salary ₹15,00–₹19,00/month plus travel allowance, subsidized meals, free cab drop, attendance bonus ₹1,00/month, annual bonus up to ₹15,00, PF & ESI coverage. Handle inbound voice calls for U.S. healthcare customers—no sales or targets. We seek strong English communicators (neutral/U.S.-friendly accent preferred), minimum 12th pass (Graduation/Diploma a plus). Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
