Care4Elder seeks a motivated Retail Executive (South Bengal) to onboard/manage franchise partners, drive package sales, run local marketing, coordinate training/operations, and ensure brand compliance. Graduate required (MBA Sales/Marketing preferred). Min 2 years in sales/BD; strong communicators or freshers considered. Franchise/distributor onboarding experience preferred.
