Job Description
Care4Elder Services Pvt. Ltd seeks a Retail Sales Assistant to onboard and manage new and existing franchise partners, drive business growth by selling Care4Elder service packages, conduct local marketing, promotions and awareness programs, coordinate training and operations with internal teams, and ensure franchise compliance with brand guidelines. This full-time, permanent role is open to freshers. In-person position. Salary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹24,850.62 per month. Ideal candidate has strong communication, sales orientation and ability to manage multiple partners and local promotions.
