Job Description
Captiv is seeking a highly skilled Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and innovation. The successful candidate will develop and implement the company’s overall technology strategy to align with our business objectives and drive digital transformation.
Key responsibilities include managing the technology team, overseeing budget management, infrastructure oversight, and product development. The CTO will communicate technology strategies to stakeholders and manage vendor relationships while monitoring industry trends for new opportunities. Compliance with regulations and data security measures is essential.

Pay: ₹23,491.74 – ₹113,925.01 per month
