Job Description
Capitaire is seeking a dynamic and proactive Placement Executive to coordinate placement activities and support students in securing job opportunities. This role involves building strong relationships with industry partners and assisting the HR Director in various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage student-company communications.
- Assist in onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Track placement performance and maintain records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field.
- Prior experience in placement coordination.
