Job Description
Capillary Technologies is seeking a Customer Success Executive to act as a liaison between our customers and internal teams in Bengaluru. This client-facing role focuses on relationship management and delivering superior service.
Key responsibilities include leveraging product knowledge, solving customer issues in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams, managing service requests, providing technical support, onboarding customers, and sharing insights and best practices.
We are looking for a self-starter with active listening skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a customer-oriented approach. A postgraduate degree with 1-2 years of experience in customer support or client servicing is preferred.
