Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our team at Capgemini. This position involves managing the End to End Performance Testing Life cycle and ensuring all deliverables are met as an individual contributor.
The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing using tools such as Microfocus LoadRunner and JMeter. You must also possess knowledge of application monitoring tools like Dynatrace, App Dynamics, or New Relic.
In this role, you will identify performance testing bottlenecks, optimize processes, and strategize performance engineering solutions for clients. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.
