Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Process Associate to support experienced Sourcing Specialists on projects of limited complexity. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in the procurement process and contract management while building relationships with stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include processing routine Purchase Requisitions, monitoring the preparation of purchase orders, providing first-line helpdesk support, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. We are looking for candidates with upper-intermediate English skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is a plus.
