Job Description
We are seeking an Agile Coach to guide teams in adopting Agile practices, improve delivery, and foster continuous improvement. You will mentor Scrum Masters, product owners, and development teams to maximize collaboration and value delivery.
Responsibilities include coaching teams on Scrum/Kanban, facilitating workshops, removing impediments, aligning stakeholders, and measuring progress using metrics. You will advise on scaling frameworks and help create a culture of experimentation and learning.
Requirements: 5+ years in Agile coaching or related roles, strong facilitation and communication skills, experience with Scrum, Kanban, and scaling models (e.g., SAFe, LeSS), and a track record of measurable team improvements.
