Job Description
We are seeking an Akamai Subject Matter Expert to design, implement, and optimize Akamai CDN and security solutions. The role includes configuring EdgeWorkers, Property Manager, Kona Site Defender, performance tuning, caching strategies, load balancing, and troubleshooting client issues. You will collaborate with engineering and customer teams, produce best-practice designs, and monitor SLAs. Required: 5+ years in CDN/security operations, strong knowledge of HTTP, TLS, DNS, experience with Akamai products and APIs, scripting (Python/Node), and excellent communication skills. Akamai certifications are a plus.
