Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, support the development team, and ensure that project goals are met efficiently.
Responsibilities include guiding teams in Scrum practices, removing impediments, and collaborating with product owners to prioritize backlogs. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and delivering high-quality products.
Qualifications include a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a certification in Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent). Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
