Job Description
We are seeking a skilled SB Author at Capgemini Engineering to create and revise Service Bulletins in line with SBO requirements. Candidates should be familiar with Airbus standards such as S100D, iSpec 2200, and ASD STE – 100, and possess strong knowledge of SAP PCS and SAMM DACAS.
Responsibilities include managing the V&V process, estimating timelines, and engaging in customer communications. Familiarity with workflow processes and root cause analysis methods like 5 Why and 8D is essential.
You will work with various aircraft systems and tools including MS Office, Zamiz, and SAP.
