Job Description
Join us as an AMS Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize Application Management Services for enterprise clients. You will lead technical solution design, oversee platform integrations, define AMS best practices, and liaise with stakeholders and delivery teams. Required: 5+ years in solution architecture or AMS, strong cloud (AWS/Azure) and microservices experience, expertise in CI/CD, monitoring, and incident management, excellent communication and client-facing skills. Preferred: ITIL certification and experience with service catalogs and automation tools. This role demands strategic thinking, hands-on technical leadership, and commitment to service excellence.
