Job Description
Capgemini Engineering is seeking a skilled Collab/UCCE Engineer to play a vital role in our team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing CUCM, IMP, CUC, CER, and both Analog/Digital Gateways, along with essential media resources. Your expertise in protocols such as H.323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP, Q.SIG, CAS, ISDN PRI, FXO, FXS, and POTS will be crucial.
The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of UCS Servers and VMware Virtualisation, alongside strong consulting and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, TFTP, NTP, and LDAP is preferred. You will also be involved in implementation and migration processes.
